To the Unloved: Step Out of Brokenness, See Yourself Through God’s Eyes

$14.99

To the Unloved offers Biblical answers to painful questions many have wondered but cannot bear to ask out loud, like: Why do my friendships and relationships always end like this? Is there something wrong with me? Why am I so unlovable? These are questions I brought to the Lord, and I don’t just tell readers what God told me but bring them into the encounter itself.

Throughout To the Unloved: Step Out of Brokenness, See Yourself Through God's Eyes, I share personal moments from my own journey towards healing and encourage readers to believe they can overcome their past, reclaim their identity, break free from shame, and live with true joy. The book begins with my point of view as a timid, shattered 18-year old, and ends with the more confident, healthy perspective of a 25-year-old woman, while documenting the entire journey. The reader and I lose our shame together. They get to be part of my process, and I have the privilege of being a part of theirs.

I did not ask for so many life experiences, but I got them, and God has helped me more than I ever thought would be possible! Countless stories are told – all of them circumstances I either walked through personally or witnessed firsthand – so readers will definitely be able to see themselves in at least one of these situations and find comfort. These personal accounts are all shared to demonstrate how God can help us to overcome any circumstance – whether it is homelessness, cancer, sexual abuse, physical abuse, addiction, abandonment, rejection, shame, church-hurt, the loss of a loved one – you name it, God can heal it! Jesus can do even more than save us from Hell, He can redeem all of the Hell we have walked through in our lives!
